head start - get the information from our business briefs. Delivery
is via email only.
Baltic
banking inside track
Latvia is perhaps
the hottest place to open a corporate offshore bank
account these days. But not everybody trusts former
Russian Communist bankers to look after their money,
specially following the spectacular failure of Paritate
Bank which specifically targeted the PT market. Before
you invest thousands of dollars, spend $50 to benefit
from our researchers' experiences on the ground there,
and their independent advice. Find out the answers to
these questions:
How safe is it really
We say it's safe, if you follow our advice.
Which banks are the best, and which to avoid.
One Latvian company on the net which pretends to be
a bank but isn't - and worse, it "loses" depositors'
money.
What can we learn from the failure of Paritate, a Latvian
bank owned by US citizens?
How stable are other Latvian banks? And where do the
Latvians themselves bank?.

Western
European Banking Secrets
With the introduction
of the single currency, and increasing pressure from
alphabet soup institutions (OECD, FATF, EU, USA etc)
it's good to know that there is still some modicum of
banking secrecy (aka respect for personal property)
left in mainland Europe. If Latvia is not your cup of
tea, maybe you can remain under the radar and benefit
from sophisticated western European banking services.
You will learn:
Which Scandinavian bank still flies sales staff to Latin
America ("drug countries" according to the
US) looking for new account holders, offers mail order
and internet banking and doesn't ask for notarizations
or references of any sort (minimum deposit $1000).
A different, major Scandinavian bank that pays lip service
to the US government on its website, but acts very differently
in practice!
How, even in this day and age, you can open a Luxembourg
bank account by mail, in any major currency, with no
minimum deposit. Contact details included.
Have the Austrians forgotten their centuries-old respect
for banking secrecy, now that the Sparbuch has gone?.
Andorra always stayed below the radar by not being explicitly
offshore. Now we reveal exactly how you can open an
account there without references, notarisations or even
an address... provided you are not Spanish or French.
Maltese banking has moved away from its offshore emphasis
recently, but we refer you to a couple of banks which
still open accounts by mail. A reliable former English
colony which is streets ahead of Cyprus when it comes
to secret banking.
A little-known legal trick whereby your nearest German
Embassy will help you open an account (personal or business)
in Germany with no reporting requirements and without
telling the host government!
PLUS FREE BONUS: Offshore Banking in Israel: here's
a nation with a long tradition of respect for wealth
and privacy, but with enough political clout to withstand
onslaughts by the EU tax-police. Non-resident banking
is marketed mainly to Jewish clients, but they are happy
to take deposits including cash from gentiles too. Contact
details included.

British
banking & Credit Tactics
The British Isles
(United Kingdom, Ireland, Channel Islands and the Isle
of Man) have a long and distinguished tradition of offering
a safe haven for foreign funds. Unfortunately British
bankers have become bound in bureaucracy over the last
ten years but there are some opportunities here for
non-residents to bank in silence. This report reveals:
London Dollar Clearing: one of the few ways you can
transfer US currency to a third party without it going
through US correspondent banks.
"Trading As" : the British way of opening
an account in a business name which isn't registered
anywhere… also available in the offshore islands
if you know whom and how to ask.
The bank that's a PT itself: it's chartered in France,
part owned by the Spanish, and run from Ireland via
a UK maildrop and call forwarding number! It opens non-resident
(of where?) accounts and excels at internet banking
and customer service.
Several perfectly legal ways of sidestepping the annoying
and peculiarly British obsession with utility bills
as ID when opening bank accounts.
Mail order banking is big in the British Isles. But
if you want to do it through a maildrop, read this report
first for important advice!
Is it true that Isle of Man dollar accounts reported
to the IRS?
How it is still possible to open an account on Sark.
A special British government program to help the homeless
open bank accounts: it's aimed at eradicating cash transactions,
but it might backfire by allowing people to open bank
accounts under aliases!
Mergers and takeovers are rife amongst banks in the
offshore islands. What does it mean for PTs?
How a British bank can be forced to write you a positive
banker's reference even though you only opened the account
yesterday
PLUS TWO EXTRA BONUSES:
Establish a fresh, new UK Credit Record quickly and
simply, even if you have never even set foot on England's
green and pleasant land… this report used to be
sold stand alone and was one of our bestsellers…
now it's incorporated FREE into "British Isles
Banking Secrets". Plus we added details of a London
bank which will almost certainly issue you a credit
card straight away if you have a UK address!
British maildrops: the first maildrop in the world opened
in London in 1925, but we have some dire warnings about
the security of UK maildrops… we think it's time
to look elsewhere. If you must have one, we tell you
the best place to find one that's extremely low profile.

The instant
academic
Too often these
days, people judge others not by their experiences or
personality, but by pieces of paper broadly called "qualifications".
Of course there are some professions, such as medicine,
where a training is required… but do you need
a doctor to act as a business consultant? Of course
not… somebody who has learned at the University
of Life can easily be better in business than an academic!
If this phenomena is affecting you, help is at hand!
Despite government pressure in many countries (a typical
example being the German law introduced by Hitler and
never repealed, restricting use of the term "Doctor"
if the qualification is from a foreign institution)
it is still possible to obtain a degree easily and cheaply
based on your life experience.
This report reveals:
Different types of qualification available and which
is the best for you: what is the difference between
a degree and a diploma?

as $100.

PLUS A BONUS: In case for some reason you don't wish
to follow the advice in this report and do it yourself,
but you don't have time to visit an official notary,
we have found a real notary in a third world country

including later verifications by phone etc, for about
$50 a piece subject to individual agreement. He does
this by making a copy of your document and certifying
it as a true copy of the original copy you sent him.
We include a way to get in touch with him in the report.

Second
passports
In this report,
our intrepid citizenship lawyers guide you through the
maze of second passports. They have surfed thousands
of websites, flown to hundreds of destinations and met
dozens of passport facilitators... so you don't have

to do their due diligence. This can be a murky and mysterious
world, full of intrigue, scams and even physical danger...
and gossip travels very fast so you have to be really
careful what you to say to whom.
The result is - as the title suggests - a collection
of links and contacts. This report is completely new
(unlike other passport reports which are often rehashes
of previously published material, edited by wanna-B
PTs with no professional experience) It's intended as
a series of pointers to start your research and open
your eyes to opportunities.

Counter
intelligence
Don't let the buggers
get you down! as the British-Cypriot thought-crime fugitive
Asil Nadir was once told by a friendly Member of Parliament.
Industrial espionage and spying by jealous Big Brothers
both pose serious risks to anyone who has made their
mark - by being successful in their business or personal
lives. Whilst Echelon hangs over the world like a dark
cloud, Italy's foreign minister says he suspects the
French, German and Dutch governments are more likely
to be spying on their own citizens than the Americans
are! George Orwell could hardly have imagined the hypocrisy
of government in 2001 yet here we are. You have to protect
yourself! This mind-opening report by an ex-Mossad counter-surveillance
expert reveals:
ISDN Telephone Bugging: dial-up bugging where anybody
can listen to conversations in the room by reprogramming
the hands-free feature on your phone. It can all be
done remotely without any signs that would alert you.
Learn how it's done, and the ways to protect yourself.
Computer Screen Interception: never mind trojans or
viruses, many monitors emit RF signals which can be
seen up to 1 km away on simply-modified TV sets. Be
aware and take the steps we tell you about to protect
yourself.
Fax Machine Security Risk: how criminals, bureaucrats
and other undesirables can surreptiously reprogram almost
any fax machine so they get to keep copies of your outgoing
faxes without needing a wiretap. We tell you how to
guard against this.
Photocopiers: a major source of fun for spooks! Have
you heard of electronic watermarks? Did you know that
modern digital copiers (or surreptiously adapted analog
copiers) might be making more than one copy each time,
and storing the extra one digitally for somebody else's
benefit?
Mail Interception: technology has changed little since
the cold war, and similarly most national post offices
still run laboratories where mail is opened and copied
overnight and sent safely on its way to reach the recipient
the next day.
Learn about the "mail cover" and ways to find
out about the real addresses of PO Box users. Most importantly,
we tell you how to protect yourself in a few simple
steps.
A little-known way to open locked luggage without leaving
any trace, so simple even a child could do it: read
this report before you check in any more luggage with
an airline or storage service!
How customs agents recognise likely money-smugglers,
and how to substantially reduce your chances of being
targeted! Applicable worldwide of course. Help abolish
back-door exchange controls!
PLUS EXTRA BONUS: The how, why and where of a $1000

in a meeting is wired for sound, either by radio or

that! Order today and get a better night's sleep…

The
long range cordless report
If your domestic
cordless phone is a cat, then its long range sibling
is a powerful tiger! Many people haven't even heard
of long range cordless technology, which is usually
hidden in the back of specialist electronics stores
marked "export only". Neither do they know
how to select one together with the necessary accessories
(amplifier, antenna etc) from the hundreds of models
on the market.
However, long range phones these days have come along
way for specialist applications. Here are a few things
you can do with them:
Make and receive calls up to 100km / 60 miles from the
base station without paying cellular rates.
Avoid tracking and location reporting which is automatic
with digital cellular or GSM phones.
Hold encrypted conversations by radio with other users
of the same system (no call needed, hence no charge
and no record of who you called when).
Connect a modem to the remote unit - get a secure 56k
internet connection in your home or car - if anybody
tries to trace it via a phone line all they will find
is your base station up to 100km away. Much safer and
cheaper than using cellular internet links, and you
get a much faster connection!
Big Brother can tap a cellular phone just by calling
the phone company. With long range cordless (a little
known technology) he is baffled because he probably
doesn't even know it exists!
Rent a one-room apartment well away from your actual
location and install all the phone connections you need
there.
Install a base station across a border and make international
calls at local rates.
Multi-line long-range-cordless PBX systems let you run
an entire underground office whilst providing callers
with everything they expect when calling a business
- transfer, music on hold etc.
Access all the facilities you are used to… caller
ID, 3-way-calling, diversion etc
If you're an intrepid PT living out in the jungle where
you can't get a fixed phone line, use long range cordless
to kep in touch with the outside world.
EXTRA BONUS: GSM PRIVACY UPDATE. Do you ever use a GSM
phone in an airport? Read this report and next time
you might think twice - particularly in two of the largest
European airports. We reveal the secret monitoring equipment
installed there which files photos along with phone
numbers, and tell you exactly which airports we are
talking about. It's probably elsewhere too, though,
so remember - BB is watching you everywhere!
We scotch the rumours and explain clearly what an IMEI
number is, how stolen phones are tracked or blocked,
and how the same system is used to track "interesting"
characters. Swapping SIM cards in your phone provides
no protection, but using reprogramming software does.
Some people say GSM phones emit signals and can be located
even when turned off, unless you remove the battery.
We explain how this is a half-truth and what the real
facts are, and what role the phone's internal clock
plays in all this!
Current best buys (privacy and price wise) on anonymous
prepaid GSM cards that work internationally. Includes
contact details for purchase if you are in another country.
This exciting new report cuts through the technological
jargon, tells you in a few steps exactly what you need
to buy to set up your own secure communications system.
We warn you in advance about possible beginners' mistakes
like buying a phone that can be listened in to with
a scanner, and we recommend a few sources where you
can order direct at wholesale prices.
A typical long-range system runs from about $400 for
the absolute basics through to $2500 for a professional
office system. At these prices, choosing your supplier
carefully using our advice will save you many times
the cost of the report. Order now!
